Oxfam publishes traceability of US aid to Ghana report
Oxfam has published Tracing US Development Flows: A study of the traceability of US aid to Ghana.
The paper assesses the extent to which it is possible to trace US aid flows to Ghana during 2013-2015 from the US treasury through to the final expenditure on goods and services.
Oxfam has dedicated the paper to the late Simon Parrish, which employs a methodology using IATI data that he created whilst working at Development Initiatives.
